The Strande Family

One of the families we're focusing our proceeds on this year is the Strande family. On April 18 th of this year, Muskego High School Junior, Jake Strande and his younger sister Haylie were involved in an accident in which they were thrown from a golf cart. Both kids were injured with Jake sustaining a traumatic brain injury (TBI). He has endured three brain surgeries and faces a long, arduous road to recovery. He has shown miraculous improvement and has shown tremendous strides. His parents, Julie and Jay are grateful for all of the support shown by the Muskego community but they are still in need of help as they make plans to have Jake come home. Jake plays volleyball for both Muskego High School and Alpine Lanes. When his friends at Alpine Lanes heard of his plight, we immediately jumped into action. We have formed VolleyforHope which is an organization created to provide the family with both financial and physical support. On August 26 th , VolleyforHope will be hosting a fundraising volleyball and bowling tournament at Alpine Lanes, S80 W18700 Apollo Dr., Muskego, WI.
We will have raffles throughout the event.

About Us

We started Volley for Hope this year to raise money for families in need. We decided the best way to do this would be to host a fun volleyball and bowling tournament with the help of Alpine Lanes. All proceeds will go to two families in need this year.

Our Mission Statement: We RALLY together to SERVE others, we PASS it along and we SET up hope to SPIKE adversity down.
